1. Only paying guests, who are registered and verified with documents, can stay in our house and on the property. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised when they are in the house or on the property. Please water the plants in the garden and put any bad apples or pears that have fallen to the ground into the garbage bin. Feel free to eat the good fruits to your heart’s content!

2. Items in the house (bed linens, furniture, etc.) can only be used inside the house. Exceptions to this rule are kitchen utensils, which must be put back to their place CLEAN after being used in the garden. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to rearrange the furnitures!

3. In the event of strong winds and rain, please close every window and door, close the sunshade in garden and put away the garden cushions. Please, also close the sunshade and put away the garden cushions when they are not in use. This way, it is ensured that the birds will not damage them.

4. Garbage collection times: Black bin - municipal waste: Monday and Friday. Please make sure you put your bin on the sidewalk, outside the gate the night before the garbage collection services come.

5. Garbage is collected separately. Waste that can be placed in the yellow bin: paper, plastic, and metal packaging. The yellow bin is emptied every two weeks by garbage collection services, so please make sure you press the plastic bottles and other waste flat so it can fit in the bin. Garbage collection dates are contained in the provided document. Bottle caps are collected separately in the small bag next to the garbage bins. In case the small bag is full, it can be emptied into the heart-shaped container at the playground.

6. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, AROUND THE HOUSE, and ON THE TERRACE. This rule also applies to e-cigarettes, vapes, and IQOS devices. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area at the back of the garden, where an ashtray can also be found. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling food in the house!

7. If everything is found to be in order, the next day after your leave, your deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Any damage caused intentionally or due to improper use will be deducted from the deposit! Breach of the House Rules will result in the loss of your deposit! In case there is damage, or if the damage caused exceeds the amount of the deposit, it must be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the spot.

8. Please keep the doors, windows and garden gate locked when you are not on the property. This should also be done when you are in the back garden. Protect your valuables! We take no responsibility for your personal belongings! To keep your valuables safe, use the provided safes. You can use your own codes for these safes. We are not responsible for your other personal belongings or physical safety. You use the house and its contents of your own free will and at your own risk.

9. Please take care of your keys. In case the keys are lost, a surcharge of 10,000 HUF will be charged for lock replacement.

10. Charge for bed linens change: 4,000 HUF/set including mattress protectors. For guests staying for more than 1 week, bed linens and towels are changed free of charge. The removal of mattress protectors is FORBIDDEN!

11. Please note that this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! Let's not disturb each other! Please refrain from making loud noises after 10.00 pm!

12. CHECK-IN: from 3.00 pm. CHECK-OUT: by 9.00 am. We will take the keys to the house no later than 9.15 am. Late check-out is only possible if there are no guests checking in at 3.00 pm. Your car can be left in front of the house until 3.00 pm so you can spend the last day at the beach.

13. Upon request, an extra blanket, pillow, iron and lift to and from the train station are provided free of charge. Cleaning is available upon request, which costs 40,000 HUF
